He was Co-Founder of OSL Group (HKSE: 0863), a leading digital asset and fintech company where he played a pivotal role in driving institutional adoption, regulatory compliance, and the firm’s growth into a highly respected market participant. Since discovering Bitcoin in 2012, Mr. Chapman has been a vocal advocate for raising industry standards related to transparency, compliance, and security, helping to promote broader institutional acceptance.

His entrepreneurial ventures include co-founding ANX International, a prominent blockchain solutions provider, and Octagon Strategy, Asia’s largest over-the-counter digital asset trading platform. Mr. Chapman presently serves on the Advisory Board of Hex Trust, a fully licensed digital asset custodian, providing strategic guidance on regulatory and operational matters.

Before dedicating his career to the digital asset ecosystem, Mr. Chapman held senior roles at leading international financial institutions, including HSBC, Credit Suisse, Barclays Capital, ABN AMRO, and Bear Stearns. His expertise broadly encompasses risk analysis, trading platform development, and institutional client engagement, enabling him to bridge traditional finance and emerging digital markets effectively.

Jay Steinback is an accomplished entrepreneur and operator with more than 30 years of experience scaling and exiting companies across the retail, real estate, and technology sectors. He began his career at Rothman Furniture Stores, a Midwest retail chain founded by his grandfather, advancing to Chief Executive Officer by age 30. Mr. Steinback led the company through significant technological modernization and a complex family buyout, culminating in a successful private equity exit in 2019.

Following this, Mr. Steinback founded VUE Enterprises, a vertically integrated real estate platform encompassing brokerage, mortgage, and title services, distinguished by proprietary technology, where its brokerage operation ranked among the top five in its local market within three years. In 2022, Mr. Steinback co-founded yWhales, a Web3 innovation and venture platform, followed by FinRamp and LaunchXR. He directed business development and strategic partnerships, successfully scaling these ventures into independent companies prior to their sale to a strategic buyer in 2025.

Mr. Steinback contributes to the entrepreneurial ecosystem as a founding board member of Arch Grants, a venture-backed startup incubator. He is also an active member of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization and Young Presidents’ Organization, where he co-chairs the Frontier Technology Network, underscoring his commitment to fostering innovation and community development.

Veteran technology entrepreneur/investor Yat Siu is the co-founder and executive chairman of Animoca Brands, a global leader in Web3, blockchain, gaming, and tokenization with the goal to provide all users with property rights for virtual assets. Yat began his career at Atari Germany, then established Hong Kong Cybercity/Freenation, the first free web page and email provider in Asia. In 1998 he set up Outblaze, an award-winning pioneer of multilingual white label web services. After selling one of its business units to IBM, he pivoted Outblaze to incubate digital entertainment projects. One of those projects is Animoca Brands.

Yat has numerous accolades, including Global Leader of Tomorrow at the World Economic Forum, Young Entrepreneur of the Year at the DHL/SCMP Awards, and recognition as one of Cointelegraph's top 100 notable people in blockchain. A classically trained musician, Yat is a member of the advisory board of BAFTA (British Academy of Film and Television Arts) and a director of the Asian Youth Orchestra.

Adrian Morris is a seasoned investor and technology consultant with a proven track record across both emerging and traditional asset classes. He has been a Bitcoin investor for over 12 years and is a recognized thought leader in the Bitcoin Community and as a member of True North, with specific experience analyzing Bitcoin Equities and corporate Bitcoin Treasury strategies.

Lemar Ashhar is better known as BitcoinMiningStockGuy, @theBTCMiningGuy on X, AKA “BMSG,” or “Mining Guy.” As part of Bitcoin Class of 2013, he is a distinguished investor in the bitcoin equity market, known for his success and track record investing in the leading bitcoin mining and bitcoin infrastructure companies. Lemar is also the founder and leader of Mining Mafia, the first major, bitcoin-equity focused X-Community with over 7,000 members, including many high-profile executives, investors, and industry leaders.

Magdalena Gronowska is a senior Bitcoin consultant with over 17 years of experience in highly regulated financial, electricity, and carbon markets, including seven years at the forefront of Bitcoin. She helped launch Canada's first publicly traded Bitcoin fund, paving the way for Canadian Bitcoin ETFs. Magdalena currently advises PRTI, a waste to energy Bitcoin mining company, and Proof of Workforce, where she helped establish the Santa Monica Bitcoin Office. Previously, she sat on the Board of Advisors for the Digital Asset Securities Commission of El Salvador.

Kyle Guse is an executive with 30 years of professional experience leading some of the world’s most innovative companies. Most recently, he served as the Chief Legal Officer of DDC Enterprise Ltd. (NYSE: DDC), and continues to support DDC as an advisor.

Before joining DDC, Kyle spent a decade as Chief Financial Officer, General Counsel, and Secretary of Atossa Therapeutics, Inc., a NASDAQ-listed drug development company. Earlier in his career, he was a partner at several leading international law firms practicing corporate law, and prior to that, a Certified Public Accountant with a Big 4 accounting firm.
